I lost 100 Pounds with dieting and exercise though and now in perfect shape. I used appetite suppressor pills Asenlix and burned 700 calories 6 days a week on the nordic track. Took me an entire year :( Lipo looks awesome if you got no other choice. I wonder what about those people who weigh 500 pounds? LOL. |

i think im in major need of surgery i used to weight 23 and a half stone and now weigh 12 stone wooo go me buuuuuut it came at a price i have loose skin hanging all over the place its a nightmare but have had a apronectomy on the NHS which is basically a mini tummy-tuck to be fair it does hurt afterwards but feels more tight than anything else and you have to wear this girdle/body stocking thing anywho my point it obviously i need more to get the body fixed god knows where i gotta focus next :S any and all advice would be appreciated

lipo is very painful and the fat collects in other parts of your body it isnt worth it

Oh my, it looks so painful for a tummy tuck. If I were to get one done, does it help make stretch marks disappear??
