I like the Cheat meal idea. I usually have an icecream a day, but i think that i'll just fit in a fat bowl at the end of the week now. You rock! Can't wait for your next video, make it about something good, like...umm..toning. Yeah toning is a good one. How about a few simple recipes with little to no cooking involved. What about rest days for work outs. How many rest days should i take. Is it up the individual or is it pretty basic across the board. I run about 3 miles a day, with a rest day on Saturday, is there a good food to eat especially for runners? Thanks for the vid Aaron |

I'm the 100th subscriber! Hey Dr. Clay not bad for only 1 video up.
People know the honest and simple truth when they hear it. If you make a half dozen more of these, say on topics like, "coupled with the nutrition tips I gave you, here is a detailed sample workout over one or two week that I will break down Monday thru Sunday for you," But put up like 5 videos like that describing 5 different week-long work out plans? I'm pretty sure you would start getting mobbed. In a great way. |
