My name is Demetrios Tzortzis and after college I began working for a consulting firm with typical benefits and a mediocre salary, but I got fed up with working miles from home just to make money for other people, sitting in a cubicle for 10-12 hours per day and not having any time to do what I wanted to do. I knew that the slow promotions, insignificant raises and growth potential did not meet my expectations. I knew something had to change and in a hurry. I was tired, financially challenged, frustrated and had no idea how to get out of the situation.

Living in D.C., I'd see successful people driving their BMW's and Porsche's and I'd ask myself "What do they have that I don't? Do they know something I don't?" I knew that I was a hard worker, honest and had what it took to be successful. I had so much untapped potential.
