The founder of cartoons - the german author Wilhelm Busch who began drawing cartoons and adding text as foot-notes- created a series of 16 pictures of a pianist and his listener, being called a new years concert in 1865. The german pianist Wolfgang Ellenberger arranged music by Chopin, Beethoven and Liszt for a unique multi-medial new years concert, put in scene with actor Emilio de Marchi.
