Hi everyone,
Thanks for visiting my channel.


I created this channel to spread my love of anime and music.

I have been a fan of anime ever since I was very young, dare I say that's twenty plus years of devoted viewing. Honestly at the beginning I didn't even know what it was I was watching but I knew I loved it, and wanted to see more. Some of the first anime I ever watched as a child were aired in French, such titles as "Les Mystérieuses Citées d'Or", or something a little better known; "Astro Boy" or as I knew it growing up "Astro le Petit Robot".

Through the years I continued to seek out these uniquely styled "animated" series and movies. Eventually discovering their origins and that these animated masterpieces that I so loved are in fact anime from Japan.
Keep in mind that twenty or so years ago it wasn't like today; anime wasn't the widely known and overly exposed pop culture item we now know it to be. Back then it was hard to find, few people knew anything about anime and it was even rarer to see it on TV. I definitely think I lucked out stumbling upon it at such a young age.

I must admit that my taste for anime has matured over the years but still I dont like to limit myself, I like to keep an open mind and will gladly give anything a try. Ive been surprised over the years, liking some series that in all honesty I wouldnt have even considered if I based my opinions solely on first impressions. With anime its not uncommon to take four five or even six episodes to really get into the story, so dont give up on a given series too early or you might miss out on a real treasure.

On this channel I try to include a wide variety of anime openings, ending and trailer. I dont limit it to those I like or any other criteria, I hope to make this a place for anyone and everyone to come and discover anime of all kinds.

In addition I am a huge fan of anime and game music.

DeathMarine and I actually run a site that is devoted to exposing and sharing anime and game related music. We encourage listeners to buy the CD(s) if they like what they hear; that way they are supporting the artists and in turn helping the creation of more beautiful music.

The site actually started off as sort of fan page to promote one of our favorite Japanese composer/musician/signer Yoko Kanno she also goes by the alias Gabriela Robin. (If you dont know who she is I highly recommend you check her out, chances are youll recognize her work, its included in many famous anime, games and movies. Her works are on our site for anyone interested in listening to them^^.)

The site has grown far beyond a simple Yoko Kanno Tribute site and continues to grow so long as there continues to be music made for anime and games.
