i got a hard situation to solve here...i "had" an ipod that recently got stolen, then my dad happened to have this iphone that someone gave him, how do i delete the former owner of the iphone and replace it with my account? or is that even possible???need some serious help here please comment back if anyone knows anything.

can i ask some questions about iphone 3g?
1) After you jailbreak, will you be able to update the firmware using normal method?
2) Can you still sync your music or videos or photos after you jailbreak? Will your cracked applications be gone?
