Works for me. Video stays. Of course I am very careful around turnouts. I always make my points hot by soldering a 22 ga wire to the underside of the point near the pivot so I'm not worried about glue or water fouling the contacts. Water and glue will not hurt tturnouts and with the glue dilute...
