I just upgraded to an HV30 camera, which is probably the cheapest way to shoot progressive HD frames. Right now, I'm getting by without editing software. I write a script in AviSynth; it's kind of like the old days when you had to program Betacam decks with the frame numbers of your edit points.

	Kerveros666Hellas (2 months ago) hi Derek....i have to say that you are amazing......I have downloaded the 2 programs that i need for uploading a HQ video in youtube......i followed you [from youre video]...and i have uploaded a videoclip in HQ.....and its ok......but now there is a problem......i want to upload a video wich is 9 minutes, and it is not only video in it...it has for about 8 minutes only audio-and photos....and only 1 minute video.......i upload this with the same way as the old and it doesnt sow me the HQ..... in the program also it sows me these warnings...... Error.. 2pass curve failed to converge target...1000.00 kbit/s, expected...377.91 kbit/s avg QP10.0012 try reducing target birate or reducing qp_min (currently 10) PLEASE HELP ME......TELL ME WHAT TO DO..........

	maincharacter84 (3 months ago) Derek. What should I use to upload my videos? I've been using Imovie and it makes everything really dark and nasty. I edit my videos on Avid Media Composer and shoot them for widescreen.
	billgrip (3 months ago) Man I've been trying to figure out how to get my videos look good in just normal quality. In HD they look good, but not everyone clicks the HD button...and if they don't it looks like crap. What's the best format/bit-rate/resolution size to get it to look good in normal quality and High Def?
	b2dmastersniper (3 months ago) hey i have a problem thats driving me up the wall. i just bought a sony hdr-sr11. it shoots 1920 by 1080 @60i in an mts file. i cant load this file into virtual dub because virtual dub isnt compatable. I HAVE to deinterlace this with little to no quality lost. when i play the mts file in vlc media player and select deinterlace, bob, the video looks amazing but i cant find a way to convert the actual file it so i can edit with progressive frames. i have sony vegas pro but SVP does a terrible! job at deinterlacing video. Please give me some tips on how to solve this.
