I agree with you - the wii is kinda a rip-off for what it is. But, I disagree that its an "underpowered ps2" - its actually more powerful than the ps2 by a little ways. That said, it's absolutely ridiculuos how little it can do and how weak it is for a next-gen system. It isn't anywhere close to what I would call a "next-generation console". I'm SO happy I sold my wii and got a ps3.
