I hope Chompsky is in your favourites because what he says in that video is utterly flawed, bizzarre, inhumane and irrational? Because firstly, governments have, and still do keep secrets, like the manhattan project - and anyway, how would we know if they were by definition 'secret'. The put options on United Airlines alone shows foreknowledge, as do the Israeli students who filmed it happen, as do the tip offs to Rushdie etc. Anyone who has done a little research knows this. Chumpsky then points out that if the Government had committed murder - who cares - it has no significance!

What a bunch of intellectually bankrupt points, please tell me your not going to attempt to validate them are you?! Try if you'd like to.
