The true essence of music is something that can't be explained through words, but you know it when you hear the waves pull back the pebbles and slap them back onto the rocky shore, you know it when john lee hooker caressed the strings on his guitar and sang the blues (cuz there isn't any other word to describe it), and you know it when you hear your heart beat, and yet you never know just what is, but you do know its beautiful and powerful like nothing else and so I'll let my favorite music be that same music that flows through all being, and those who feel it deeper than the Mariana trench, and truly express it in whatever way that they do.
