It has come to our attention that some people have taken the audio from this Soundcloud site and made videos with it to put on Youtube. We must say very clearly now that under no conditions is that allowed, the copyright of all these songs belongs to Declan and you do not have the permission or right to take the songs. These songs are unreleased demos and it's important that they stay here on Soundcloud where Declan chose to showcase them. If you have put these videos up or taken Declans' songs in any other way, then we ask that you remove them from the internet and delete them immediately.
If you would like to help Declan then please do so by spreading the word of his official Soundcloud account and by telling everyone you know through facebook, twitter, youtube comments etc.
