it is a paint ball gun, to the rest of you for your information, even if it was a real gun you can own the gun it just matters by state. Some require a license, and some require a fee. Where i live you simply need to notify your local police station and pay $200

I must say, this is simply terrible and i don't agree with you shooting small animals to show off your bullets. Some people may want these for that, but i find that horrible. Others can of course so what they want and have their own opinions
