I know that there are many detractors of the Davis program... but I can tell you unequivocally that IT WORKED FOR MY 10 YR OLD SON. Nothing else made such an immediate significant difference than did the week he spent in the Davis program this past summer. I will be forever grateful to the Davis program and Scott (his facilitator). I wish EVERY child struggling could have this experience. I wish it was covered by insurance or part of today's public school services.

Words could not express the gratitude I have for you . My son is eight and has been so tormented in the public school setting. Since kindergarten he has shown no progress in reading except for memorization. The Gift of Dyslexia was recommended to me by a woman at church and within 10 days I was asked by a Spec Ed teacher at school if my son had ever been screened for dyslexia. I got the book that night, and I couldn't put down. I now understand my son, and his struggles, as well as his frustrations! I have felt my obligaiton to put this information into the hands of every educator I know. Thank you once again

I was introduced to this concept a while back. It is great to see it alive and well in a great format. I think using Youtube to reach parents or students who are having problems is a wonderful idea! I will be pointing people here. Thank you everybody at Davis! I knew you were doing great, now I have another way to show my friends.
