forward the video to 02:55 and you'll see the cut clearly being caused by a punch.
While the cut may have worsened through Lennox using his head, the initial damage was inflicted by an overhand right and the stoppage via TKO was legitimate.

I think Lacy at this point might have even less left in the tank than Roy. Lacy completely fell off after the Calzaghe fight and his shoulder surgery.
If Roy wins the fight he should really hang it up. At least he could retire on beating a former titleholder.
