Our shelter, C.A.R.E.S. (Companion Animal Rescue Elite Services), is in need of land and ideas. We use to rent a building for our shelter to hold cats, dogs, and other animals until they found a home. Now we only have 2 or 3 foster families to help us. We need 1) some one to donate a piece of land or 2)some ideas on how to raise money to help the animals. We would like to get a piece of land with a house for the owners of the shelter to live on so we have access to the shelter at all times(In case of emergences or if we get a pregnant animal in.) It must be located far enough away from other people so that there is no complaining about the dogs barking. We would also like to start rescuing horses again so a small barn and some land(about 1-2 acres per stall) would be great. Ideas for found raisers would also be appreciated so we can raise money to help feed and care for the animals who come through our shelter.
