The Caldwell County Area Business Association asked Bob Green to create a video that summarized the Civil War in Missouri and the action in Caldwell County so we could make this available to area schools in preparation for our first Civil War reenactment in Kingston, Missouri. The result far surpassed our wildest expectations! Bob, his daughter Melanie and Mac Lee have produced a DVD that tells the story from an old western Missourians POV. The 25 minute DVD will be available for purchase beginning April 4, 2009 at http://www.caldwellcountymissouri.com/civilwar/ . Net proceeds will go to Elliot's Scouts for having helped us to reach our goal of educating our youth about the Civil War in Missouri. (less info)
