Covent Garden didnt know what had hit it when VV Brown performed songs from her debut album Travelling Like The Light. Included in the BBCs list of Britains brightest young stars for 2009, VV sung the audience into a smooth delirium with tunes including Crying Blood, Everybody and Leave and in return the crowds loosened their purse strings to donate to Crisis. All donations raised from the Super Busking gigs have gone to Crisis, the national charity for single homeless people. This holiday season, Crisis opened nine shelters across London to help homeless people over the festive period.
