1) The video in general
The picture at the beginnig is fake, okay. I made it myself. Then comes the speed run.
The speed run was requested by Muzozavr, so you can partially thank him for this. The audio may get a little off-sync because of YouTube, Movie Maker, or a random recording error.
Anyways, the speed run is 0:42 seconds.
At the end I BRAG with my standard victory music I use for completing challenges (Sonic Adventure DX stage complete). Also, "PUWN" is a phrase I invented and that I use. And finnaly, the siley! =)

2) How the speed run was executed
First of all, if you're wondering how I was able to spin-dash so fast, I mashed all 3 jump buttons at the same time giving my mashing speed a x3 bonus. The beginning is standard, the jump I did must be executed with perfect timing, or you'll some frames. Mecha Sonic was easy. The first 4 hits I had to spin dash into him. The other 4 however required a very precise jump (otherwise you're shredded, or too late) and it is the most efficient method of getting past him (and it's also the only way to destroy him before he does his dash pose). Oh, and there's a glitch if you land the last hit on him at a percise moment, so you can't continue. Then come a few more precise spin dashes. I jump because I don't lose speed when Sonic runs. Now for the Egg-bot.
Getting behind him is the only way to get 12 hits on him before he takes off, it's also the riskiest way. Land the 1st hit on him at the moment he's vulnerable. Between hits he has invulnerability frames. Land the 2nd hit on him a few frames after he's vulnerable again. Why? Because if you want to make the 3rd hit you must avoid the flames on the back. Jump in him while he has the invulnerability frames, avoid his arm and bounce-hit off of him over the flames. The 3rd hit was the hardest part to execute. The next 6 hits alternate between hitting his butt and his back. The last 3 hits are done just as he is about to take off. Go to the edge of the screen, mash the spin dash buttons and there you go.
All in total, it took me 0:42 seconds (well, maybe 0:42.5, but I don't care)

3) Author's (MY) comments
Awhile ago I made a joke speed run (watch it and you'll understand) that completed the zone in 44 seconds. This in turn lead to someone (Muzozavr) requesting a world record. The former world record was held by Joe Stanski and was 0:43 seconds. Naturally, I couldn't resist a challenge so I made a speed run with 42 seconds.
The speed run was not easy to make. However, it also wasn't that hard considering I do ridiculous challenges all the time (doesn't even compare to some). In total it took me about... 2 hours (?) to complete this.
Also, IN YOUR FASE STANSKI! (lol joking)
A few funny side-notes:
-I found out about mashing all 3 buttons while taking a dump. =P
-I found some crazy glitches. Like the one I mentioned (Mecha Sonic dissapears and there are a few floating flames) and Mecha Sonic exploding in BUNNIES!
-It was "Guinness Book of World Records" on TV while I made the speed run.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I must go and brag abuot this since I already wasted enough time writing all this!

it's from a Japanese show called Mini Moni Chiccha...It was a show about this Jpop subgroup of Morning Musume and they spent the entire time goofing off.
