Yeah, that's true. The Genesis would be badass. Those don't grow on trees, but as a producer right alongside a director, it would be my pleasure to pursue the challenge!

Allllllright, that's good!
Yeah, the HVX is the ish. Biggest downside is it's got really bad low lux. The bedroom scene was grossly overlit. Practically to the point of day-for-night. I didn't DP REMain, but I know the technical side of things well enough to know that the HVX needs some help on that end of things. Next project I do, I want my DP to have maybe a Viper w/ 35mm or something equivalent. It'll take some money though! Jesse |

Hehe, well hopefully not DEPRESSED! I'm glad you liked it...
As for dolly shots, we used a dolly; jib shots, a jib; and steadicam shots, a steadicam. We called in as many favors as we could. Didn't use a single bit of Biola eqpt, which we're proud of, and we pulled our actors together a week before, and shot in two 14-hour days. Long hard work, but you know what that's all about! Jesse |
