IMPORTANT: Who were the Cetniks? They were friends of the Albanians, the Bulgarians, the Macedonians, the Greeks, and all Balkan people. They were organised in the days under the Turks as a naval/land guerrilla force. Later, they rebanded under the Germans to drive out the wicked foreign invaders once again. Never, NEVER were they organised to kill and murder our Balkan brothers. My name, Chetnik14, is not meant in any way as a nationalist move against any tribe in the Balkans, but as a way of unifying our people.

I am a folklore musician from NW Indiana looking for others to play with! I play tapan, tarabuka, and dajre, and I sing.

I wish you to get the car in the near future and to have nice moments with it. I was in Koprivshtiza - there was the beginning of the April uprising. 	thracianglad (1 month ago) Actually the Pehlivan wrestle is Turkish tradition, but maybe there was similar tradition in Bulgaria before the Turkish invasion - as we know proto-bulgars had great martial arts. Basil I of Macedon(Byzantine emperor) was a slave of khan Krum, in Bulgaria they learned the Bulgarian wrestling and went back to Constantinople, there with his skills he won against the best wrestlers of the emperor, then he became more famous. The authors said that his wrestling - Bulgarian style was different than the Greek and Roman.
