As I live in the UK and am primarily self taught coupled with tuition from Iraqi, Moroccan, Egyptian, Syrian, Israeli, Lebanese players I am going to sound quite unusual - there are so many styles of playing these drums and of course the individuality of the player should hopefully come through.
