Oh yay I finally uploaded something!

Anyways yea, this is another one of my summer projects you can say. Over on the VAA I have audition thread for members there to sing to the Urakumikyoku Nico Nico Douga theme. I still some people signed on to sing this to turn in their lines, but for the people who turned them in early and allowed me to mix early, it's kinda like a early preview I guess =P.

Uploaded really for two reasons. One, I need to know how this even looks on Youtube, cause I might need to change video settings since I haven't done a NND styled video, so I don't know how anything looks on a video site =/

And Two, I do wanna say thanks for the people who turned their lines in early, and this seems like a good way. Hope they do like it!

Anyways, feedback would help, no bashing! Everyone did a great job anyway. Time to list the participants!

This is my first big flash animation. It's based heavily on a dream I had that was caused by a long day of playing NES, SNES, and Genesis. A lot of the animation is true to the dream with a few changes to keep it interesting.

In the dream I was moving through different levels from many games. In each level the music was wrong and my sprite (while fitting the bit style) didn't quite work with the game. During the dream I was abusing a cheat ability to use different weapons from pretty much any game (of the same bit type) I wanted at any time. The game itself behaved as it should, with my actions being the only aberration.

I wanted it to look as "real" as possible, as if it was actually happening in the games. Everything looks, animates, behaves and moves as close to the real thing as I could manage. Because of this it might not be as exciting and action packed as the flood of DBZ style sprite animations out there. Since I don't know shit about action scripting everything was tediously key framed and I want to die.
