Just a nice guy fighting for Latin Jazz Spirit and Message. All keepers of the flame are welcomed. Unfortunately few videos of Fort Apache Band were asked to be removed to youtube by a bitter guy who claimed the rights of them. I want to precise 2 things:
FIRST: images copyrights basicaly belong to the musician who is filmed, not to the one who is filming him. And I did have the conscent of this artist thru a close friend of him to keep them online.
SECOND: I am not a "mercenary" pilot as this jerk accused me to be on his page (he may be sued for that if he doesn't stop that stupid harrassment) I fly helicopters for industry in remote areas for explorations and I am not a Pirat either, I do buy the cd's I listen to, I do respect Artist rights, just because the musicians need to make money to survive more than anyone.
