This is the Contra Jungle Theme on Mario Paint! This one has been a long time coming. I started this 3 months ago, and I finally just dug in and finished it. My mpc skills are growing with each video, and I try to make each one better than the last. There are a couple of things that I did differently this time.

First of all, I added gameplay. The reason I did that was because when you hear the music, I want you to feel like you could be playing the game because it's so true to the original. So hopefully, it gives you the feeling as though you could pop in your Contra cartridge and that could be the actual music. I would like feedback though, because I don't know if it interferes too much with the actual MPC footage. I know a big reason people like these videos is to watch how the person arranged them, but I think I did a good job of balancing the two.


And that brings me to my next point. If you have watched any of my mario paint videos, or mpc stuff, or your just a nice person, I'd like your advice. I'm thinking of quitting the Mario Paint youtube world... it seems as though it's becoming saturated with subpar material, and masterpieces alike, which means I'm running out of original compositions to make. I really don't like to redo a video I know someone else has done, no matter how badly I'd like to. So what do you think? You think it's time for new things? Or could I get away with making some more? Would it be a crime to redo some that have already been done, and put my "Steven Stamp" on things? I dunno. Please, leave a comment or send a message! Thanks a lot for watching.
