Heya! i love your video's. they have been really helpful, ive learnt a lot from them.
I've been trying to get master the art of going from virtical hooping to horizontal hooping...but it doesnt seem to want to work for me. I can go from horizontal to vertical, but not back again. Do you have any tips?

i got my first hoop today! im trying to figure out how to bring the hoop from waist up to chest without my hands and i have watched a ton of vids on it......I tried swiveling the hips and tried with the torso but it seems to be moving down instead of up lol any advice?

i have bean learning to spin flow light nunchucks for a little bit but after seeing your videos im soooo excited to start hooping! Where can i buy one? How big and heavy should it be? (im only 5'3 and 100 pounds) Do i need that tape stuff on it to make it easier? hehe sorry to bombard you
