My account is back up because I filed a copyright counter-claim with YouTube. Colgate-Palmolive then had ten business days to get a court order to keep "Mama Luigi Leaves the Stove On", and consequently me, off YouTube. They never responded, so I was allowed back on, along with the video. There was no lawsuit involved, and thus I didn't win any money.

However, I achieved the honor of becoming the first YouTube Pooper in history to get my account unsuspended after a copyright clash, and the first to win a legal dispute against Colgate. Hopefully there is a precedent for Dr. Rabbit videos to be safe from now on.
