Paramount (Viacom) own a lot (but not all) of TV/broadcast platform rights from Cannon. We can only assume when those were sold (around 1988) by the Cannon Group that 'digital' meant very little as there was no Interent as we know it now. Maybe they've bought new rights too from MGM who have been licensing a lot of digital product.

Wow, that sounds like it would take a lot of time to find out! I have no idea to be honest. All I know about Ultra-Stereo is it was -obviously- a cheaper system than Dolby but it was Oscar-winning and was thought very highly of in technical circles. I think it seems funny now when we see the logo but it was just down to money. If you find out how many Cannon films had U-S LMK and I'll put in on the site!

I figured I would pass this along. Paramount has a section over at the website Hulu, and one of the movies under the Paramount imprimatur is "Death Warrant". Maybe Paramount has digital rights to the movie? If they do, could this be counted as syndication?
