We were very lucky and were able to have viable sperm on the day of the IVF - ICSI procedure. Is the clomid being used to boost the sperm count?

hey! Thank you for being so open and honest about your journey. My Dh and i are from south africa. There aren't many options available to us at this point. Micro dissection TESE is not available so they were unable to find any sperm on last biopsy. We might be trying clomid. have you used that?
