I don't mind subscriptions and/or friend requests, but for your sake, I believe there are some things you ought to know about me. I believe:

· Jesus is the Son of God who was sent by His father to be the atoning sacrifice for the sins of the whole world. (John 1:29, John 3:16-21, John 8:12, Romans 5:8, Hebrews 2:9, 1 John 2:2, 1 John 4:9-10, etc.)

· The only way to the Father (and eternal life) is through Jesus. (John 14:6)

· The KJV is far from being the best translation.

· Spiritual authority and how "clergy" lord their "authority" over "laypeople" is wrong and goes completely against scripture. Every believer is equal in Christ and has received a gift from Him. (Matthew 20:25-28, Galatians 3:26-29, Galatians 5:13, Ephesians 4:11-13, Colossians 2:10, 1 Peter 4:10, etc.)

· The multi-campus church movements across America are to control more people in a surrounding location, all while keeping them (and their money) in subjection to a mother church, which usually resides in a larger, more populous area.

· Institutionalized church is not the best way of "doing" church. As a matter of fact, it's riddled with problems and is man-centered; however, no church is perfect, so I suppose it's better than nothing.

· The church has become a business, and no one seems to have a problem with it. If your church has multiple campuses, a secretary, advertising, or highly expensive equipment, something's wrong. What happened to the simplicity of the Gospel? What about the contentment of the Apostles and the Christians of the first century? Why are we so obsessed with having the "coolest" stuff and keeping up with the Joneses? Read Acts... please.

· These church organizations (i.e. businesses, as stated above) should pay taxes just like everyone else.

· We as Christians are not called to insult, degrade, disrespect, swear at, agitate, or become obsessed with unbelievers. In fact, we are to love them and are to be like Christ and act like Him while among them. (1 Peter 2:12)

· Benny Hinn is a fraud, along with most of TBN's other shysters: Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin, Jesse Duplantis, Eddie Long, Joyce Meyer, Kim Clement, John Hagee, Creflo Dollar, Paula White, Paul and Jan Crouch, and many others.

· God will not reveal anything to anyone that will contradict scripture... ever.

· The Way of the Master programs are unimpressive. ('Atheist Nightmare,' anyone?)

· Supporting evolutionism or creationism has no bearing on one's faith; however, it's possible that obsessing over one or the other could hinder your faith, but nowhere in scripture does it state that our salvation hinges on whether or not we cling to evolutionism or creationism.

· Same thing goes for being a Republican't or Demorat. Salvation is not affiliated with any political party, despite what some say.

· Adam had a belly button. It probably would've freaked his kids out if he didn't. :)
