can anyone help me with this rap tune. it was this kind of whistle melody that repeated every 5 seconds with a thumping beat. at the end of the video there would be a big long yeaaah by a girl. every 8 seconds.

if anyone knows who made that video i would appreciate it. it came out around 1998-2000
