So we wondered... "who was this child? Was she in danger?" After searching the internet, we found her at Facebook. "Isbutts" creator had befriended this child and entered her site where he downloaded her photos and stole her identity in order to commit acts of fraud on the internet. He poses as children. And I think he realized this as he changed his profile photograph by tipping it sideways and masking it. He even uses my photo, see the "NeverWrongNeverRight" site and look at the comments.
