I'm a lover of jazz and big band music and nostalgia from the 1920's through to the present day, I was lucky enough to meet most of the great bandleaders when they were on tour in England in the late 1960's early 70's, as my father used to be able to get me back stage after the show and meet them, although I do feel I was a little young to appreciate who they were, this was at The City Hall, Newcastle-Upon Tyne, at present I still work in the entertainment business overseas, and for some fun, will try to put on this channel some of the lesser known bands and artist's of the golden era of jazz & big bands.
