hey mark :) thanks 4 the videos. they are very encouraging. U know on ur "Cars part 4" video where u are talking about the meds for social anxiety...i agree w/ u that they don't really help: i was prescribed Paxil for my social anxiety, and after taking my first pill...it actually made my anxiety worse... for example: while i was in my room that day by myself, i literally starting "freaking out: i wasn't able to breathe, my heart started beating very fast...it was very scary, so i stopped taking the meds, and this didn't happen again. So i completely stopped taking meds for social anxiety. Sometimes, it helps my social anxiety to just get outside and go on a run around my street a couple of times...it makes me feel a little better about myself, and i learned on the internet that running/exercising helps me to combat the depression that comes with my social anxiety...just a suggestion :) Again thanks 4 being such an encouragement :)

i will definitely be joining the fb group as it will be so helpful to have a support group. i think it's really hard having this type of disorder because you don't want anyone to know you have it. thankyou for all your efforts in trying to fight this mental disease. <3
