I'm british too, and i am PRO EU ultra pro EU it is progression, and the UK media is biased so we are hindering the future! I hope we get the euro soonish too - i'd miss the pound of course, but we have to let go of silly things to move the eu forward!

Would that be the 'UNELECTED' Queen we're saving, ModWeekly?

If support for the EU in Britain is tiny, opposition to it is minuscule.

mitchking2006, the European Parliament election is a vote on how we wish to be represented in the Parliament. If a majority of Brits wanted to leave the EU, a majority would have voted in favour of anti-EU membership policies. Unless you think the British people are too stupid to understand what kind of election this was? Given the relatively small number of people who voted (still a substantial vote and representative of national sentiment towards the EU), you'd think those that did would know exactly what they were voting for.

Say NO to the fascist European Union. Since it now has an UN-ELECTED BELGIAN PRESIDENT and UN-ELECTED foreign minister (Who has NEVER been elected for ANYTHING!).

Love Europe. Hate the EU!

God Save The Queen and Vote UKIP!

"Like I said, a majority of British voters voted for pro-EU membership parties in the recent European Parliament elections"

Not really. The majority of voters didn't bother to vote at all. Most that did voted on NATIONAL issues or anyone as long as it wasn't Labour.

Support for the EU in GB is tiny - hence the reason will won't EVER be oferred a referrendum on membership.
