As regards the medical term, you are absolutely right. In colloquial usage of the word however, 'schizophrenia' means precisely what I implied and it's there in your language, so I don't see why I wouldn't use it.

Yeah, in RPGs it just tends to work more often. Though I have to say I chronically leave a lot of useless shit in my inventory in RPGs thinking I'll save it for that one hard battle ahead and then I have to toss it out or sell it endgame when it's out of date.

Just use up your bombs even when there's no need, and then play normally. I sometimes pull off crazy shit when I have no bombs left. When I do have some, I play differently.
