2009 I change my lifestyle and began living the Low Carb Lifestyle using Dr. Atkins principles for a better health.

Coconut Oil is the miracle oil.

I try to power walk 2-3 miles everyday-outdoors,which has made a major good change in my weight loss and health.

I am living with an auto immune inflammatory disease called Psoriatic Arthritis. I do have flare up and my joints become too painful to walk at times. I have taken Enbrel when major flare up happen-Coconut Oil protects my immune system. I consume 1-3 tablespoons per day of Coconut Oil, I use it as a deep conditioner for my hair, scalp and skin.
