I am a Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Chicago Lions Rugby Football Club. I also work with athletes from various colleges, professional teams, and amateur teams around the country. Some of these are: Indiana Rugby Football Club, Enka HS Wrestling Team, and various professional teams in the Chicago area and dance companies.

Aaron is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As a professional rugby player, Aaron gained valuable knowledge and experience training with world-class fitness instructors. He has trained fellow teammates throughout his 14-year career and was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Chicago Lions Rugby Football Club. He trains professional dancers along with professional football, baseball, volleyball, and hockey players. In additional to the elite athlete Aaron trains a wide spectrum of clients ranging from young athletes to older adults developing new exercises to maximize their experience. Aaron tailors every workout to the specific needs of his clients, taking into account their unique strengths and limitations.
