Name: Aaron
As a professional rugby player, Aaron gained valuable knowledge and experience training with world-class fitness trainers. He has trained fellow teammates throughout his 12-year career and is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Chicago Lions Rugby Football Club. Aaron is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, he is also qualified through AthletiCo to run Speed Enhancement Programs, and is CPR/AED certified through the Red Cross.
Aaron works closely with physical therapists to ensure that the transition from recovery is a smooth one. He tailors every work out to the specific needs of his clients, taking into account their unique strengths and limitations. He trains a wide spectrum of clients ranging from young athletes and older adults to professional athletes and performers developing new exercises to maximize their experience.

Aaron's philosophy is to train the core, improve balance and flexibility, and maximize performance results through functional strength training.
