Lee Vin Bah is working with a Canadian Immigration Consultant located in Vancouver, B.C. and is additionally seeking the representation of a Canadian Immigration Attorney to file a formal application for asylum as a refugee in Canada with arguments outlining Bah's torture and political persecution under the Bush-Cheney administration as defined within the UNHCR conventions. Bah currently possesses a "Protective Person's Status" issued under Title 18 of the United States Code by U.S. Attorney General, Janet Reno and is requesting retroprosity be granted by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

Additionally, Bah is requesting business contacts with Creative Agents, Book Publishers, Film Producers, Schools of Journalism [University Initiative], and is available to schedule Lectures.

Lee Vin Bah is an American born Italian Jew who was disabled by two trauma accidents while in the service of the U.S. Government and is a former covert agent of the federal government who last served with the FBI. Since 1999, Bah has been subjected to psyops terrorism and psychological torture techniques in the form of actionable offenses committed in political retribution by the agents and agencies of the U.S. Government under the Bush-Cheney administration. Each of these culpable acts has outed Bah's active covert status to create a growing mortal threat environment that subsequently stands as the U.S. Government's passive sanction for his assassination. Lee Vin Bah lives in constant fear for his life, under FISA has been illegally reverse targeted through T-Mobile, Inc. [a German corporation] while subjected to ongoing warrantless wiretapping since January 20, 2006, was telephonically threatened with the U.S Government's "invention" of a criminal charge if he publishes a book, and was denied his constitutional right of legal redress under threat of national security letters being issued as occurred in four previous matters brought by the ACLU's Washington, D.C. office.

Recognizing that the truth of this story will sound stranger than a lie to the programmed mind, Lee Vin Bah strongly believes that the lives of an estimated 1,080 American veterans of voluntary covert national service are at risk within the misnomer title of the Federal Witness Protection Program. This tentacle of the Central Intelligence Agency's MK-ULTRA mind control experiment, code name "WitSec", uses "non-criminal" federal witnesses [not criminal or custodial] as the unknowing test subjects within a clandestine torture experiment and the laboratory control sample for the applied tactics of psyops terrorism on an invisible minority within a U.S. civilian population. The documented conclusion of CIA based torture programs is self-inflicted harm and suicide. Non-criminal federal witnesses [not criminals or felons] have committed suicide and wrongfully died from medical neglect both in and after having exited the WitSec torture program. These facts directly contradict the false sworn testimony given before the U.S. Congress and the American public by the U.S Marshals Service, Director John F. Clark and Assistant Director Sylvester Jones [See America's Star: FYI, Vol. 1, No.1, August 2006].
