Water Fast - Day 4
Major detox day! Had to get out and about today and was completely drained. Feel much better this evening though.

I no longer use a coil machine I switched to the rotary because it has constant strokes. I may use them if my rotary is out of order but that has not happened yet. I highly recommend you use a rotary as well but if your thinking about doing it to yourself I would say "DON'T" you will scar yourse...
