We are neither herbivores or pure carnivores. We are omnivores, meaning that we are designed to eat BOTH meat and vegetables. We started out as HUNTERS AND GATHERERS. NOTICE: I now have two channels on YouTube. My new channel (BigFatHeretic) is a mirror of this channel, only this time, on my new channel, I'm doing a much better job of arranging my Favorites on my Playlists for easier access to the videos. Instead of having so many videos on one page, like my Favorites, I am creating Playlists instead. I probably won't be updating this channel anymore, but I will check in sometimes to see if any new comments are posted, and I may post responses under my new user name BigFatHeretic, which has the same avatar, the photo of myself. So please do check out my new channel.
============================
These channels are dedicated to academic and intellectual freedom, and free inquiry into the nature of the universe, the origin of life, and evolution.
As a kid, I was raised a Christian, but even back then, I could not accept the creationist account as depicted in Genesis in the Bible. Yeah, I believed there was a God, but I also believed that Evolution and natural selection was the method God used.
Eventually, I rejected Christianity, and become more of a Deist, sort of like Thomas Jefferson or Benjamin Franklin.
But now, more recently, I've been leaning more and more toward being agnostic. If asked if I think there's a God, the only answer I can honesty give is simply, I DON'T KNOW!
I support Darwin's Theory of Evolution, so I am an Evolutionist.
I believe that creationism or "Creation Science" or so-called "Intelligent Design" (ID) should NOT be taught in any science class, that science and religion should remain separate endeavors.
I'm really getting sick and tired of all these right-wing whack-jobs attempting to force their own religious beliefs into any school science curriculum.
