Bags, Balls, and Brains is a sensory motor program which enhances visual, auditory, tactile, kinesthetic, and fine motor skills. It is a whole brain learning approach creatively combines movements from Brain Gym®, Belgau Learning Breakthrough Program and Bal-A-Vis-X®.
These movement activities benefit participants physically, emotionally and mentally. Both the Brain Gym Movements and the Balls and Bags Activities have been proven to increase mental fitness, social awareness, physical coordination, and the self-esteem of everyone involved.
Instructors Shirley Kelley and Linda Faste have extensive backgrounds and experience in the fields of education and movement. They deftly weave together all of their multi-faceted past trainings and experiences.
