	arzoo400 (1 week ago) Hi again. With regards to the beef brisket dish, most restaurants call it something like beef brisket with radish in pot. The beef are cut in cube-like sizes (though not perfectly) and the radish in just about the same size. Some put carrots with them. The beef is brown while the sauce is also brown, some of watery texture others make a thicker sauce (probably with cornstarch). If I remember correctly, I heard it being ordered as gu lam po (this is in fookien dialect).
