The Free Speech of each YouTube user, no matter which country he or she is residing in, is protected under both the U.S. Constitution and YouTube's terms of use. YouTube provides a platform for such a purpose. Unpopular political points of view certainly may invoke animosity from many users as YouTube has expected ("You may not like everything you see. Some of the content here may offend you ...").

Anyone who receives antagonistic reports and is subsequently suspended by YouTube just because he exercises his right to legitimate free speech under both YouTube's terms and the U.S. constitution, is entitled, under the Due Process clause of the U.S. Constitution, to an explanation from YouTube.
