if we stopped eating animals, the demand for animal meat would decrease and so would the supply. there would be no 'excess' of meat eggs and dairy, they would be eating by people who still ate animal products, but slowly phased out. it would be a gradual process.

a vegan diet isnt lacking in anu macro or micro nutrients. you have nothing to worry about from a nutritional perspective.
