For the record: this run is not exactly 'tools assisted'. A 'tools assisted' run is one where multiple play segments are stitched together *within a single level* and/or a modified executable is used that allows you to play in slow motion.

it's not consistent; Doom randomizes the damage done by both the main ball and the traces (it randomizes most damage to some degree, actually). Sometimes you just can't get the 1/2-hit kills. (I actually did the E2M8 in this run).

there are console versions of GF/DM available, including home kits. the home DM drum peripheral is terrible, though.
GF/DM's charts are a lot easier to read at an advanced level (I play both DM and RB quite frequently and much prefer DM's charting).

Who needs two pedals to play bass with two feet? :) I had more success playing Welcome Home this way than just using one foot. Strange, I know.

not really necessary, no. At the time I couldn't find a decent technique for playing it with one foot.
