I am a clicker trainer.

What this means to me is that I try to deliberately apply scientific principles of learning and behavior, and also that I am committed to the use of rewards rather than "corrections" or "dominance" in my training.

What happens immediately after is an event the animal would like to strengthen, such as reaching food. The click unites these two desires."
