I think that it would be a great idea to do a video about the equipment used in falconry... but it is boring and low on my list

It is not the thing that is most difficult about becoming a falconer. Where I live it is pretty easy.

Yes they let me touch them. But sometimes they do not like it. Sort of like petting a cat. But one that doesnt like being petted, a wild cat, lol

Nope, just when transporting the goshawks. Other species (like harris hawks) dont need to use hoods (instead you use a darkened box), yes you can hunt without the hood. for some things like upland birds or ducks it is nice to use a hood until you are ready to flush the birds (when transporting birds through brush and across fields while not hunting). Yes you can train without it. There are pros and cons for and against it. Thanks, hope that helps...
