This is not a turbo, it is a supercharger. Since it is driven off the crank, there is no lag like a turbo experiences, just instant power (with whatever boost is available at the time). I'm two weeks away from finishing the 6th-gen prototype bike, so I'll know better then how it will react, but...

It's a custom pipe I designed -- straight-through with a 2.5" perforated core. In the video (and in everyday riding) a dB-killer restrictor plug sits in the outlet of the pipe and substantially reduces the volume without losing any power. I'm actually thinking about doing a small production run...
