Parkour

Although my training is constantly changing as I see fit, I can give you an idea of my current plan. At the moment I'm training six days per week and that tends to consist of two days of cardiovascular training (usually
running), two days of strength training and conditioning (one for upper body and one for lower body and two days of technical training (jump repetition, basic techniques, combinations, new obstacles etc.)

This is working out well for me at the moment but could change at any time.
Usually for the strength/conditioning sessions I'll mix traditional exercises (upper: push-ups/pull-ups/dips/muscle- ups etc. - lower: pistols,
squats, lunges, glute-raises, calf-raises etc.) with Parkour based conditioning such as quadrupedal training, climbing, jump repetition,
climb-ups, muscle-ups etc.
